Terms & Conditions

Please read and accept to continue.

🛎️ Pitbay is a slot-booking service — we help you book an available car-wash slot at a partner center at your preferred, feasible time (subject to availability). We are not the wash provider and are not present at the center.

Travel at your own risk. Pitbay — and its company, proprietor, owner, admins, staff and affiliates — is not responsible for any incident, accident or loss during your travel to or from the center.
Remove your valuables. Take out all valuables and belongings before handing over your vehicle. Pitbay isn't responsible for items left in the vehicle.
On-premises damage or loss. Any damage or loss at the center's premises — during handover, washing, or by the center's cleaning staff — is solely between you and the Center Partner. As Pitbay only facilitates the booking, it bears no responsibility or liability for it.
Slot booking only. A booking reserves a time if available; it's not a guarantee of service quality, timing or outcome.
